Our Chef Hervé Lussault has created the menus of our gastronomic and bistronomic restaurants in Rochecorbon. Trained by some of the greatest names in the world of cuisine, Hervé Lussault has himself won numerous awards.
Today, he took over the responsibility for the kitchen at the Domaine des Hautes Roches, to the delight of gourmets and gourmands.
In addition to our French-inspired gastronomic and bistronomic menus, prepared with fresh, local products, the restaurants offer a wide selection of wines, many of them are from local producers.

GASTRONOMIC RESTAURANT
Open Wednesday to Sunday evenings, as well as every Friday, Saturday and Sunday for lunchtime, the gourmet restaurant welcomes you in elegant, distinguished atmospere. The terrace with it’s lime trees offers a splendid view of the meandering Loire River.
BISTRONOMIC RESTAURANT
The bistronomic restaurant welcomes you every day from breakfast to dinner. Decorated in the style of a winter garden, it immerses you in the history of the mansion of our 4-star hotel in Indre-et-Loire.
